Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using M10 Live, including our associated services Raven AI and Maki Prime (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

M10 Live provides a suite of AI and analytics tools:

• Raven AI: An artificial intelligence chatbot for customer engagement, automation, and support.
• Maki Prime: A social media analytics platform for tracking growth, trends, and benchmarking.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. M10 Live cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

Certain aspects of the Services are provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise). Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

Note on GST: For customers in India, Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applied to your invoice in accordance with current regulations.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you must not:

• Use the AI to generate hateful, harassing, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape data from Maki Prime.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Use the Services to send unsolicited communications (spam).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M10 Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
